Imagine Enterprises is a Financial Management Services Agency (FMSA)

People with disabilities who use public resources can have control over their funding by choosing the Consumer Directed Services option with their Medicaid Waiver. As a FMSA for the Home and Community Based Services and Texas Home Living waivers, Imagine Enterprises provides fiscal agent services that support the client/employer to self-direct the waiver budget for services such as Respite, PAS/HAB, Dental, Day Habilitation, Supported Employment, etc.

Our services include employee payroll, reporting of quarterly taxes, monthly CDS trackers, W-2’s, and background checks for every employee and Designated Representative.

We began to provide these services in 2007 under a contract with the Department of Aging and Disability Services because we believe all people with disabilities can work, achieve self-determination, and obtain control over their resources with Social Security benefits planning, financial management services and employment consultation.

Imagine Enterprises is unique because we are only an FMSA and not a provider agency.
