IMPORTANT NOTICES

HHSC requires that CDS Employers and their Designated Representative (if applicable) are required to participate in an annual EVV training. 

    • August 19, 2021: Annual EVV Policy Training CDS Employers –Offering 1 (Form 1722-Option 1)
    • August 26, 2021: Annual EVV Policy Training CDS Employers–Offering 2 (Form 1722-Option 2 or 3)
    • This training will be held through a webinar.  When more information is released from HHSC we will provide this to you.

As of January 1, 2021 the new EVV timekeeping system for direct support staff went live for Imagine Enterprises CDS.

Federally mandated for all Medicaid waivers, anyone who provides PAS/HAB and Respite services is now required to use an electronic visit verification system for tracking time.

Contracting through the Texas Health and Human Services agency, “First Data” is the EVV Vendor Imagine Enterprises selected to coordinate time keeping services. The name of the software is “AuthentiCARE” which can be accessed through a mobile device or two other methods.

The Texas Health and Human Service agency requires Imagine Enterprises to provide training and support to all CDS employers, designated representatives and employees that we serve, and obtain verification of their participation. See Training Materials below for more info.
